This week, Justin Bieber took a little time out from recording to give his adoring fans a bit of a thrill – as if he doesn’t do that enough already. The 17-year-old striped off his shirt and performed a few skateboarding tricks for a hoard of screaming Bielibers outside The Hit Factory Studios in Miami Feb. 3. Not sure what prompted the impromptu skating session, but we’re sure not complaining! Check out the video of Justin’s boarding prowess below…

Whooooa, everybody calm down! Pop star Selena Gomez was forced to squelch a breakup rumor that she started earlier this week, after she posted a picture of a petal-less flower on Twitter with the caption “love me not”. Fans went crazy after reading the Tweet, sending messages to the singer asking if she and beau Justin Bieber were headed to splitsville. The 19-year-old D.I.T. (that’s Diva-in-Training for those of you just joining us) quickly put the rumors to rest Tweeting,

Although our boy Justin Bieber has made his fair share of appearances on Saturday Night Live, the pop star has never acted as host for the 37-year-old sketch comedy show. Maybe it’s because SNL is like, sooo totally bitter because it’s more than twice his age… According to a list compiled by SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels (and read by SNL hosting mainstay Alec Baldwin), Bieber will be hosting AND acting as the show’s musical guest! Contain yourselves ladies…

Justin Bieber arrived on the red carpet at Cannes in the French Riviera for the NRJ Awards looking quite dapper in his retro-inspired blue blazer and some, um, interesting looking blue kicks. The 17-year-old was on-hand to accept his NRJ Lifetime Achievement Award – does anyone else see the irony in this? The Biebs was gracious, as always, when accepting the honor via a French-speaking translator, as fellow celebs Seal, Coldplay, David Guetta, and LMFAO looked on wondering how a kid, who’s lived less than two decades could possibly be taking home the most coveted award of the evening… Check out Justin’s NRJ “Award of Honor” acceptance speech below… [Image: Pat Denton/WENN] |

Pop superstar Justin Bieber has been hard at work penning hits for his forthcoming album Believe and yesterday the 17-year-old posted this grainy picture of himself deep in the writing process via Instagram. Which leads us to the question that I’m sure is on everyone’s mind: Is Instagram the new Twitter??? Okay, that may not have been the most pressing thing on your mind after seeing this pic of The Biebs “writing hits”, as he so humbly put it, but it’s certainly something we should discuss at a later date. Rumor has it that Justin is teaming up with hip hop moguls, Will.i.am, Kanye West and Drake for some of the tracks on the new record, which is slated to drop later this year. Lovebirds Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber hightailed it to Cabo San Lucas this week for a romantic weekend away from all the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. However, the teens didn’t want to celebrate the final taping of Selena’s show Wizards of Waverly Place all alone, so they brought along friends Francia Raisa from The Secret Life of the American Teenager and Ashley Benson of Pretty Little Liars to the Las Ventanas al Paraiso resort. Sounds um… romantic? How come Justin didn’t get to bring any of his boys along? Is Selena wearing the pants in this relationship??? |
